Nice piece, Mr. Markham, full of many acts I'd never heard of. Since you ask, I'm going to rep my homie Alison Pipitone's band. They're based in Hamburg, NY, and have been at it for 30 years. The track below is immediately likeable (and I sometimes cover it when I perform live), but my personal fav album is Me and Miss Grimes. It's solid through and through.
